From: MCKENZIE/EASTERWOOD AIRPORT

When leaving McKenzie/Easterwood Airport, take a RIGHT onto the access road of HWY 60/UNIVERSITY DRIVE EAST. Stay in the RIGHT LANE and it will quicly take you onto the EXIT for FM 2818 (Harvey Mitchell Parkway). Stay on FM 2818 until you reach 2154 (Wellborn Road) where you will turn RIGHT. Stay on WELLBORD ROAD FOR ABOUT 3 MILES. When you pass the Chevron station on your left and Wellborn Post Office, it will be exactly 1.2 miles to GREENS PRAIRIE TRAIL. Turn LEFT ON GREENS PRAIRIE TRAIL. At the next intersection, you will see a sign that says 7F on the right. This is Royder Road. TURN RIGHT on Royder Road.

Our entrance is ¼ mile down on the right hand side. It’s the first mailbox on the right. We have a tacky, ugly temporary sign outside that says THE NEST. Do call us if you have questions.

From: College Station on HIGHWAY 6/TEXAS AVENUE

Approximately 4 miles south of College Station on Texas Avenue/Highway 6 take the SH40 EXIT. There will be a large white water tower on the corner after you exit. Turn right which is headed west.

Get into the left hand lane, carry on down Hwy 40 approximately .4 miles. TURN LEFT at the next LEFT TURN, ARRINGTON ROAD. Cross over East Bound HWY 40, continue straight to you come to your first right. TURN RIGHT. This is GREENS PRAIRIE ROAD. Carry on down for approximately 3 miles to a 4-way stop sign. Go through the stop sign. On the corner is an Elementary School. This is Royder Road. TURN LEFT on Royder Road.

From: Dallas/Ft. Worth on Hwy 6/Texas Avenue

From I-45: Exit I-45 at Madisonville onto HWY 21. You will remain on HWY 21 until you reach Bryan. When you cross over the HIGHWAY 6 BYPASS, turn left and enter the bypass traveling south on HIGHWAY 6 to the southern end of College Station. Take the SH 40 EXIT. Turn right onto HWY 40.

Get into the left hand lane, drive .4 miles. Cross over East Bound HWY 40, continue straight to your first right. Turn right. This is Greens Prairie Road. Drive approximately 3 miles to a 4-way STOP SIGN. Go through the stop sign. At the next intersection, approximately 1 miles, you will see a 7F sign on the left. This is ROYDER ROAD. TURN LEFT on ROYDER ROAD. Our entrance is ¼ mile down on the right hand side. We are the turquoise mailbox on the left hand side. Lost???? Call 979-693-5562.

From Houston on HIGHWAY 6/TEXAS AVENUE

As you approach Bryan/College Station from the south, the first exit off of Hwy 6 will be SH 40. Take the SH 40 EXIT. Turn left at the light and go under the highway, which is heading West. There will be a large white water tower on the right side of SH 40 at this point. After the water tower, get into the left hand lane. Drive approximately .5 miles. TURN LEFT at ARRINGTON ROAD. Cross over East bound HWY 40, continue straight to your first right. TURN RIGHT. This is GREENS PRAIRIE ROAD. Continue on GREENS PRAIRIE ROAD for approximately 3 miles to a 4 way STOP SIGN. Go through the stop sign. At the next intersection, you will see a sign that says 7F. This is ROYDER ROAD. TURN LEFT onto ROYDER ROAD. Our entrance is ¼ mile down on the right hand side. We are the turquoise mailbox on the left hand side.

From: Austin, Texas

Take I35 North to 290E. Get onto 290E until you hit Hwy 21. Turn left onto Hwy 21. Take this highway until you get into Bryan. Exit FM 2818/Harvey Mitchell Parkway; take a right onto 2818/Harvey Mitchell Parkway. Next turn right onto FM 2154/Wellborn Road (about 10 minutes). Go past the town of Wellborn. (blink and you’ll miss it…it has a gas station and post office). Take a left on Greens Prairie Trail. Take a right onto Royder Road. We are about ¼ miles down on the right hand side; turquoise mail box.
